You get a personal link and a short code. Put it in a message, a proposal, a video description or your website.

They buy, or ask for a quote
Anyone who arrives through your link is yours for 90 days. If they request a quote instead of checking out, the enquiry stays attributed to you until it closes.

You get paid
The commission is confirmed 14 days after delivery (and at least 45 days after the order), then paid in USD in the next batch from $100.

Questions

When do I get paid?

A commission becomes payable 45 days after the order or 14 days after delivery, whichever is later. Payouts go out in batches once your payable balance reaches $100; smaller balances roll over. You choose how: a US bank account in USD (free), an international bank transfer, or Wise or PayPal in USD.

What counts as my referral?

Any order on a Robotix Market store placed within 90 days of the buyer arriving through your link or entering your code. The first referrer a buyer used keeps the credit. A quote request stays yours for as long as that enquiry is open.

Which products are included?

Every product on robotixmarket.com and its regional stores — priced products bought at checkout and quote-only products ordered after a quote.

What is the commission calculated on?

3% of the product subtotal after discounts, in USD as our store records it. Shipping, import duties, taxes and refunded amounts are excluded.

Can I refer my own company?

Yes — your own orders are recorded as self-referrals so we can see them, and they follow the same rules as everyone else's.

How should I describe Robotix Market?

As an independent retailer that ships worldwide with the full manufacturer warranty. Please don't call us an authorised or official dealer of any brand, promise on-site installation, or quote prices for products that are sold by quotation.

Do I need to invoice you?

No. Your dashboard shows every commission and its status; we pay from it. US persons complete a W-9 and everyone else a W-8BEN before the first payout.

What happens on a cancellation or refund?

The commission is reversed before payout, or deducted from your next payout after it. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion.
