These terms are between you (the referrer) and Robotix Market LLC, a United States company (Robotix Market, we, us). By joining the programme you accept them. They are deliberately short and in plain language; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected] before you rely on it.

1. What the programme is

We give you a personal referral link and code. When someone you introduce buys from a Robotix Market store, you earn a commission. You are an independent referrer: not our employee, agent, distributor or dealer, and you have no authority to make promises on our behalf.

2. Which sales count

  • Orders on our stores. The buyer arrived through your link (or entered your code) within the previous 90 days. The first referrer whose link a buyer used keeps the credit.
  • Quotes. Someone who requests a quote after arriving through your link is attributed to you for as long as that enquiry is open, however long it takes to close.
  • One referrer per order. Orders placed by you or your own business count and are recorded as self-referrals.

3. Commission

3% of the product subtotal after discounts, in US dollars as recorded by our store. Shipping, import duties, taxes and any refunded amounts are excluded. We may change the rate for future orders by publishing a new version of these terms; orders already placed keep the rate that applied when they were placed.

4. When a commission becomes payable

A commission is pending from the moment the order is paid, and becomes payable once both of these have passed: 45 days from the order and 14 days from delivery. This covers our lead times and the buyer's statutory withdrawal rights. Where a carrier never confirms delivery, we use the dispatch date plus our published transit window.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are made in batches, in US dollars, once your payable balance reaches $100. Smaller balances roll into the next batch.
  • Payouts in USD to a US bank account are free. You may instead choose an international bank transfer, or Wise or PayPal in USD; any transfer or receiving fee the provider charges is deducted from the payout. If you choose to be paid in another currency, the conversion is at the provider's rate.
  • You must give us accurate payout details and the tax form we ask for (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for everyone else) before the first payout. We cannot pay without them.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If an order is cancelled or refunded before payout, the commission is reversed. If it is refunded after payout, the amount is deducted from your next payout. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion.

7. How you may describe us

These rules matter to us and to the platforms we sell on. Breaking them voids the affected commissions and may end your participation.

  • Robotix Market is an independent retailer. Never describe us — or yourself — as an authorised, official or certified dealer, partner or representative of any manufacturer.
  • Do not promise on-site installation, commissioning, training or service. Support is coordinated with each manufacturer's service network.
  • Do not quote prices for products that are sold by quotation, and do not claim stock or delivery times we have not published.
  • Disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend us.
  • Do not bid on "Robotix Market" or our domain names in search advertising, and do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us.
  • No spam, no misleading claims, no cookie-stuffing or automated clicks.

8. Your data and our customers' data

Your dashboard shows counts, order references, values and commission status — never a customer's name, email, address or tracking details. Your own details are stored to run the programme and pay you, and are removed when you leave except where we must keep them for tax records.

9. Suspension and ending

You can leave at any time; commissions already payable are still paid. We may suspend or end an account for breach of section 7, for fraud, or if the programme closes, in which case commissions properly earned before that date are paid on the normal schedule.

10. Changes

When these terms change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it on your next sign-in. Continuing to use your link after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
